On board, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move around freely. Flat shoes, preferably light-soled sneakers. A jacket or windbreaker and hat are recommended. Lisbon Sail has (warm) blankets on board!

The same as you take for a day at the beach, practical and easily digestible food.

If you are unable to prepare something, Lisbon Sail provides food and drinks upon prior request.

Our meeting point is at Doca do Bom Sucesso, close to Torre de Belém, at door nº3, next to Hotel Altis Belém. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time to register.

For daily tours, make a reservation and pay through our website.

For private tours, when booking, you must make a deposit worth 50% of the tour.

The outstanding value will be paid up to 48 hours before the tour.

You can pay by bank transfer or via paypal.

Daily Tours have several departures throughout the day, at fixed times and may go with other customers on board.

On private tours, the event is tailor-made just for your group. You will go alone on board with the crew, and you will be able to choose the duration and time of the tour.

Lisbon Sail refunds the entire cost of the tour if weather conditions do not allow the boat to leave.

If the customer cancels the tour up to 30 days in advance – we will refund 75% of the amount already paid. Up to 15 days before – 50% Cancellations of less than 7 days are not entitled to a refund.

You don’t need to worry about anything, we take care of everything, just get on board and enjoy your moment.

Lisbon Sail, as a maritime-tourist company, has all its tours insured.
